Excellent
This was easy to use. It arrived very quickly and was packaged well. It could use some more instructions on what to do with it after inoculating the substrate with culture. This is the best value I have found for this size of sterilized substrate.

parents was kind of disappointing it was difficult
it was a pretty difficult to appreciate a bag that was only 1/4 full evidently this bag is for 5 lb and with 1 lb in it it looks nearly empty other than that it looked like it was just trying with the right amount of liquid and everything so not so bad if you don't mind it looking empty

i found another place and got 6 times the amount for just $21. so yeah this is super expensive
