Very easy to put together, color is great and the shade area is large. Just a reminder that you need to purchase sand (or other material) to hold down the base. It comes with two large bags to pour the sand into and place on the base to help with the counterweight of the umbrella. Time will tell if it lasts.

I was surprised by the quality of this umbrella for its price. It handles winds very well just be sure to have at least 100 pounds of sand in the bags. We use it as a standalone and it provides a tremendous amount of shade all in all this was an excellent purchase.

I purchased this umbrella for my mother who lives in NC and last year's snow was heavy enough to ruin the 3rd gazebo in 8 years. So she asked me if I thought this would work better because it could be folded down during rain, wind or snow storms and it was definitely less expensive than the gazebos while covering the same amount of deck space. My sister and her daughter assembled it and filled the bags with sand and they were able to move it into the correct position even with the heavy bags which Velcro together and keep the umbrella in place. My is mom is 87 and loves how easy it goes up and down and definitely loves the solar lights! Coffee in the cool mornings and evenings are being enjoyed on a daily basis now and when it rains it is folded down and safe from any wind. I believe it will last a lot longer than the more expensive gazebos like the smaller umbrellas that are placed around the patios and decks have. I definitely recommend this item for budget friendly shade!

Just put it together. I thought the base was different but for the price is ok

10 foot umbrella difficult in assembly. Don’t know how to fix my problem. It’s just not going together right after trying for over an hour. Referred to pictures.

The umbrella is fine and what we needed, but it arrived damaged.

It would be great if the umbrella didn’t come with holes in it.

Beware. The item I bought didn't work. After I've put it together lights didn't work. They are sending me more lights but I have to take it all apart and repair the lights. A lot of work. And box is too big to just take back to store. I feel like they need to pick up item and refund me. But they said no. Beware

We love the umbrella color and handle design. Unfortunately, the canvas arrived punctured with 2 holes in it. We discovered the holes after completing assembly of the product and cranking open the umbrella. We were greatly disappointed in the result after spending much personal time buying sandbags and putting the umbrella together.

I'd like to speak to somebody about a return or an exchange my umbrella it was doing wonderful and it was an excellent addition to my yard. However, I put everything up correctly but a part of the screw or something where the hinges are like where it goes up and down unhinged and the screw came loose and it snapped and I would like to see if I can get a refund or return this one and get the same one because I absolutely love the product.
