It's very comfortable! Delivery was smooth. Arrived as expected. Assembly was under an hour, 1 person, that includes unboxing %26 unwrapping pieces. Really straight forward. I'm very happy with my sofa.

If your on a budget this is absolutely worth it. So comfy and again $200?! Can’t beat it. Took 20 mins to assemble and came within a few days. I bought two because I have a new puppy and a baby due any day and didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg on something to get ruined. Absolutely worth the money. It is a little short but you can always swap the legs out.

The sofa is a great color. It’s super comfortable, even to sleep on.. It’s easy to put together. Overall it is a great sofa. Our one disappointed is that the back cushions are so thin that they are already curling over on themselves. If they had a bit more bulk they would retain shape. Right now they are always on the brink of falling forward because of the curve. It is a great value for the price, especially if you don’t mind flipping the back pillow every day to prevent the sofa from looking sloppy.

Beware--Delivery wasn't so professional. I waited all day and then evening arrived and they dropped at my front door with no notification (Bell, door knock?) The video was helpful for assembly and it only took 1 hour. However, the pillows were missing and Walmart could only recommend I reach out to the couch seller. what? they never answered my email and now I paid full price for partial item. this was very disappointing. Good customer service would have replaced the missing items or fees associated!

The couch has a nice fabric and great color. While the seat cushions are thick and sturdy, the back cushions are extremely thin. This couch is uncomfortable for your back. Assembly of the couch was also difficult. I really wanted to love this couch.

I ordered two green couches to do a redecorating project. The whole thing was thrown off when I received one green and one grey. Did a chat with customer service and got nowhere. Reached out to the third party seller and was even more disappointed. I sent them the pictures that they asked for only for them to say that they could give me a 20% discount on the grey sofa that I did not order. I’m still waiting on a resolution. Been dealing with this for two weeks. Don’t by from this seller.

The measurements in the description and in the photo are incorrect, real item is MUCH smaller then advertised (by several inches, not just a little) that includes the wood frame itself. Not just the cushions which may or may not grow with time once unlocked from the vacuum sealed bags. shipping seems to be an issue with this company as well, mine was delayed by a few days. Returning item in the morning.

Do not purchase this couch at all. My couch arrived with a missing back cushion and the week before Christmas. I reached out to this company as well as Walmart the same day I opened the couch and saw the cushion was missing and it is now Dec. 26th 2025 and they still have not sent the missing back cushion. I have emailed this company more than 6 times just for the missing cushion and I don’t know if they’re not comprehending what is being sent to them but I’ve sent the order number, the address, as well as pictures if the couch and the screenshot of the couch I purchased as they had requested every single time. I will never purchase anything else from this company again. It shouldn’t take this long or this many emails or calls just to receive a cushion. And no it’s not inside of the other cushions as the website mentioned it’s too big to fit inside of another cushion. If I could give this company 0 stars I would 🙄 BUT overall the couch is very soft and it’s very sturdy. I just want my missing back cushion.

My complaint is not with the product as much as it is with Walmart. Walmart was the issue with this item. They said that it would be delivered a certain day and it was delayed not one day not two days, but 6 days! Then when the package arrived, the package was damaged and pieces were missing. Then when I tried to reach out to customer service to rectify the problem, they told me to take it up with the manufacturer. Another piece of evidence why walmart can't compete with Amazon, in delivery time, quality and customer service.
