This little nugget ice maker has been a great addition to my kitchen. One of my favorite things about it is the compact size. It's less than 7 inches wide, so it fits easily on the countertop without taking up much space, making it ideal for apartments, offices, RVs, or smaller kitchens. Setup was quick and easy. Just clean, I used a vinegar water wipe and tossed the first batch of ice , add water, plug it in, and it starts producing ice within minutes. The touch-screen controls are simple to use, and the sleek black design gives it a modern, upscale look. The machine is relatively quiet. It's not completely silent, but the sound is more of a soft hum than an annoying mechanical noise. I can comfortably leave it running without it being disruptive. The nugget ice is soft, chewable, and exactly what I was hoping for. It keeps up well with everyday use, and I love being able to watch the ice accumulate through the illuminated viewing window. It arrived extremely well packaged and was delivered the day after I ordered it. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality, appearance, ease of use, and performance. If you're looking for a compact nugget ice maker that works quickly and doesn't dominate your counter space, this one is definitely worth considering.

This item is being given in trade for a fair and honest review. This little machine makes the best sonic ice! It's perfect for my countertop and it seems pretty efficient when it comes to making ice and how fast I eat it. It's got a sturdy base. It comes with all necessary items you need. Just add water. I truly am adddiccccted to ice and this is perfect

This nugget ice maker is a small space saving ice maker for special occasions . And specialty drinks it claims to make 40 lbs of crushed ice per day well I beg to differ but it does make a small portion of ice this instructions are easy read easy setup and fits into small areas of your counter top. The parts list says it comes with a silicone pad for the ice bucket but it did not come with it it will still work little noisy.i use purified water to make ice comes out nice and no bad taste from city water or well water it comes with a self clean method easy to use over all toy makes ice.

design is nice, however you have to fill the water reservoir CONSTANTLY, it needs to be bigger... I like it but it definitely does not meet my expectations.

Easy to use. BUT LEAKS BAD!! All over my counter 2x I finally said nope and returned it. Loved the ice, the lights %26 the features. Couldn't stand the beeping though. Really loved the ice and how fast it made ice though. Hated to return it.

It was missing a rubber bin liner. Instructions fail to tell you what the 2 rubber plugs where used for. So I learned it was for the top part you fill with water. When Ice bin is full it's best to empty it cause the ice melts and over fills of water on the bottom part and leaks on the counter. I have learned that ice maker should never have a clear view of the ice cause that's how mold builds up from light. Am looking for an counter top ice maker that keeps the ice cold cause none of them do.

If I could give this zero stars I would. First one I got seemed like it might have been used previously and was missing the additional items, silcone pad, scoop and the little piece that goes inside. Nothing that would prevent it from working so I plugged it in (after waiting 24hrs) and it did make ice but after the 2nd batch of ice it started motor started squealing really loudly. I unplugged and requested a return and ordered a different one. The second one came and there was moisture inside the wrapping, and the ice bucket was disgusting, but I took it out, washed the ice bucked and let it sit for 24 hrs and then plugged it in to make ice. I put in the water powered it on and although I got the power light to come on, I could not get the interior light to work and it would not make ice. It sounded like it was trying but no success. Don't waste your time or money with this unit!

I was very excited to try out this Patbrela nugget ice maker. After removing it from the box and following the steps to get it going, I realized there was no mat. The mat is supposed to be inserted into the plastic bucket to protect it, if I'm understanding correctly. But moving on, I added the water and followed the steps to get it to begin making ice. Waited a few minutes, nothing, left the room, got back, no ice, just flashing lights. I reread everything and attempted this probably five times. No noise. No ice. Oh well, maybe this one is just a dud. I will attempt to contact the company that makes it for assistance.

Ice maker came and was missing a part to it. Used it anyways cause it seemed to be fine without it. A week and a half later I wake up at 430am to a loud noise coming from the machine and it stops working.

Item missing from package and instructions say it needs to be used to prevent damage to ice maker. I have been trying to contact seller and no response . It's been a week .
