Patchouli & Buriti Body Wash by Nubian Heritage for Unisex - 13 oz Body Wash

i have very dry and itching skin. i have found this to work the first time i used it it really calm down my skin..i will continue to use this product. it leaves my skin feeling soft..not much lather but i believe that is a good thing. ive used alot of different bodywashes..this is my best for me.

I had used previous products with mango butter, shea butter and cocoa butter in it. Company changed ingredients and my skin could tell the difference. When tried the Nubian mango butter soap, right away my skin felt happy. I decided to try the body wash and have no regrets. It is the perfect moisturizing combination for my skin. I love it and so does my skin. I have been told by family members how soft my skin feels.

Doesn't get any better than #Patchouli. I have the body wash, lotion, massage oil. I use them each daily. I gave the lotion as Christmas gifts to 3 people and they all are nuts over it!!! I have purchased Nubian Heritage products for 10 years and have never been disappointed in any item. I'm only disappointed if an item is out-of-stock. Raw Shea Butter was my #1 favorite until I tried Patchouli. ☺

The Patchouli & Buriti line is the best smelling and best preforming skin care line I have ever used. It's my go-to and you'll never not see the body wash and lotion in my bathroom. Definitely recommend it to anyone that wants a beautiful scent that lasts for hours and longer lasting soft & nourished skin.

I thought the patchouli and buriti body bar was amazing, but the wash is that times ten! You only need a tiny bit on a loofa for a good lather. And of course the smell is fresh and warm at the same time, without being too potent. I actually get compliments on it all time (I also pair with the lotion).

I love the Nubian Heritage products, but have found that the body washes sometimes have a scent that bothers me. In the case of the Mango Butter Body Wash, I smell orange popsicles from when I was small and it's a rather chemical smell. I've noticed that the scents in the body washes don't correspond to their hard soap counterparts, which scents I've always liked. In general, I prefer body washes to hard soaps, so that creates a quandary for me.

The lotion in the Patchouli & Buriti smells fantastic, however the body wash leaves a lot to be desired. :( It has a really "off" odor to it, kind of medicinal/weird. Really hoped it would be just the same as the lotion. So for now I will stick with the lotion and use my other fav NH body washes, Goat Milk and Chai & Olive and Green Tea.

Im not sure what has changed with the formula but the smell is not as strong as it was the last time i purchased the Patchouli and Buriti back in february of this year. The soap is not the same color and the lotion does not smell the same. I compared the product i recently purchased with what i have left from previously. Something has definitely changed and im not happy with it. This was one of my favorites.
