Fairly easy to assemble. Good quality parts. Handsome-looking unit. Started right up after priming the starter. Very stable. Love the big wood adjustable table that comes with it. Susceptible to a stiff breeze, but overall we are very happy with the heat it puts out.

We love it. Expected to pay a lot more for such a nice, sturdy heater.

Easy to put together, functional and useful. Had difficulty getting to to start up, was able to call customer service and had a person answer directly and was able to walk me through the steps to get the air out of line. Has worked perfectly every time since. Heats up our whole deck and we use it all winter in the snow and freezing temps keeps us warm.

Based on its price, I thought i am not gonna like these heaters. However, I was impressed with how well they worked during a very cold Christmas night party in the patio area. They are well worth the money, I recommend them to everuone. If there is one thing that did'nt appeal to me it was the bottom metal part housing the gas tank, it is a bit too thin but have nothing to do with the functionality.

I have only used this once so far but the workmanship is great. It looks and feels like a much more expensive unit. The assembly instructions are not great but good enough (the pictures are too small and the instructions lack detail). It takes some patience to light the first time as the propane takes time to fill up the hose. Overall for the money, very pleased so far.

We bought 2 units. We paid a handyman to assemble the 2 units. We are senior citizens so it would have been a major task for us to do it. One unit had a small dent and the other unit was fine. It's still summertime in Florida so we did not start up the units. Hopefully, when we do, everything will go smoothly. We also purchased covers for the units which fit fine. So no complaints there.

I bought 3 of these for my patio. All equipment was there, and detailed setup instructions. However, the door latch is not strong and popped completely off one of the units and is loose on the 2nd one. Instead of going through the process of returning, I bought heavy duty magnets to keep the door shut. These heaters do put out lots of heat, perfect for outside entertaining with the exception of the propane door latches.

It works well and was easy to put together only problem was I ordered it. Because of the bigger wooden table and it did not come with it. It came with a table but not what I wanted

This was a great price and seems pretty solid. Have only fired it up once and it did what it was supposed to do - it got hot. The table isn't truly adjustable. There's a plastic piece that is supposed to screw/clamp the table into position, but it doesn't hold. That's fine for me because I want the table at the lowest position anyway. Shipping was quite a hassle. The box arrived with a hole in it and the latch for the propane door was broken off. Hayneedle had me ship this back, then I waited for the refund to process, then I ordered the same heater again. This time the box was also damaged. The box looked even worse, but the heater doesn't seem to be damaged, so no harm done. It is shipped directly from the mfr, I think, and the damage was due to shipping. Hayneedle was nothing but helpful.

Jury still out on this … We can't get this to light. We have read the directions again and again, checked the lines to see it is connected properly etc. But can't find what is wrong. Will try once more before asking for a return and refund. Also it's really tall. The heating unit is so high from where you would be seated.
