They look good and are comfortable. I buy a lot of items and assemble them myself to save costs so this was not too difficult.
The couch is comfortable and actually was easy to assemble.
Beautiful set. Sturdy and cushions are soft.
It looks beautiful. It wasn’t the easiest to build and I love me some furniture building. Some of the screw and holes were a bit off and there was a 3 small dents here and there. With all that being said it ended up great. Delivered 3 days earlier than expected and the packing was amazing. You can not beat the price and it looks expensive. I didn’t put the cushions on. We are expecting bad weather.
Assembly instructions were backwards on one section. Once we got that figured out it wasn't too bad. would have been nice to have ties on cushions to hold them in place as they are slippery and move a lot.
It is modern and beautiful asthetically. Some parts were hard to assemble and not made the best but the end result works for us!
One of the two boxes came a little beat up on one of the corners. Once I started putting the chairs together, pieces are missing and the coffee table top frame is bent in two places (pictures below). Glass doesn't fit well now. I'm missing 4 of the leg caps also. Assembly took a lot longer than anticipated because directions for the corner pieces were backwards. I had to take it apart and reassemble it. I still have to Scotch Guard the cushions so to make them waterproof.
all of the metal is terribly scratched upon arrival and parts are already rusting before it is even put together
At least half of the items arrived scratched or dented. The customer service was responsive but offered a measly $70 refund. I don't recommend this product.
This product came scratched and dented. It wouldn't assemble correctly without drilling our own holes.
