Patio Set Assembly (more than 7 pieces)

He was amazing, with a wonderful personality, and had the patience of a saint when my husband was talking his ear off while he worked. He was fully prepared with tools that we didn't need to lend him any; that was wonderful. He took his time to make sure the furniture was put together properly so that not a single screw was left behind. He even showed us how to use the firepit it came with, so we understood how to use it when he left us. I will gladly use him for all our assembly needs.

My technician arrived early, which was good for me and he did a very professional job. Put everything together very nicely. I would definitely use the service again. It was very easy. I had to reschedule a couple of times due to my schedule and the app and made it very easy and I had multiple times to choose from

The trampoline itself was very nice. It was large enough. I was a little disappointed and the basketball goal. It was very amateurish week doesn't hold up when the children are playing on it. The trampoline itself is good. The net is good. It doesn't seem to be tidying up, there's a little you know it kind of wags a little bit as the children jump on it. It's leaning. The size is perfect. I do like it. The children love it so I'm satisfied with it overall the young man who put it up did a fine job. He did arrive late, and I think he had to pause up for a little while during the setup of it. I would've liked to have had someone who was a little bit more professional arrival one time or at least contact you to let you know he's running late thank you.

They were unable to finish a job since the unopened trampoline was missing pieces. The guys were fine, they were on time and explained the best they could (lack of speaking English) that they couldnt finish the job. So the 3 stars is not based so much on them as it is they dont carry parts, did not offer any type of solution or even off to see if I could get any type of refund since they couldn't finish the job which wasnt my fault or theirs.

The guy who was hired was supposed to come out Friday . He didnt show until Sunday. Then he said I was missing parts... so I contacted gdvd for parts... then, I found the parts in the trampoline padding. all of the parts he said I was missing. my dad and I ended up putting it together and saved $158 .

I paid for this service and was told ANGI would contact me to schedule. I have not been contacted so cannot review the service I didn't get. I am unable to contact WalMart although I did receive the delivery. The chair packages look well packed but the table package is crushed and torn. I haven't opened any of them. Hope it will be put together soon.

This was a nightmare. I need my $99.00 assembly cost refunded. No one answers when I call. The fist technician literally told me he was on his way for 6 hours and then after we waited in the heat until 8:50 at night. Then he wouldn't answer the phone then when he finally answered he said no I'm not coming?!?!? This is July 3rd mind you and I've got a July 4th planned. Thankfully a wonderful guy came out and assembled the furniture at 9:00. It set our entire day back hours. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied

installation was good however this hot tub is awful. it worked for a little over a month then the heater in it died. there's no customer service at all with this product. i found an email but the seller never returned an answer after repeated tries.

I thought the installer never showed up for the job. While I'm on the phone complaining to Angi customer service and them telling me to check for an email that they were sending me, I found an email from the installer in my Spam emails noting "I'm here". Why did he not call or text, or ring the doorbell? Just weird!I'm retired. I don't check emails regularly.

They have not yet been here to assemble the fire pit! They keep rescheduling and one time the guy was a no show. They were supposed to come again today and I received a message that they couldn't make it. The message came after the time that they were supposed to be here!! I would definitely not recommend them!!
