Switching to a bottom-loading dispenser is the best decision we've made for our kitchen. No more heavy lifting or awkward spills trying to flip a 5-gallon jug upside down! The push-button operation is incredibly simple, and having hot, room temp, and cold water right at our fingertips is so convenient. The compressor runs very quietly, which is great for a busy home, and the built-in child lock gives us great peace of mind when the grandkids visit. It's low maintenance and looks sleek in the house. Highly recommend!
I love this , The water is nice and cold and the hot is perfect for tea or ramen noodles. No more mess from empty water bottles. I definitely recommend this and would buy it again and it looks nice.
Great quality at a low price. The bottom load makes loading water jugs very easy to load/unload. It is compact and looks great with the water jug stored in the bottom instead of the on sitting on the top.

I needed a bottom fed water cooler/heater for our travel trailer to replace our Brio. While it is convenient being bottom fed, I really love that it does Hot, Cold, and Room Temp. I also like that it has a hose to go in the bottle instead of a metal tube because it will work grear for my 3, 4 and 5 gallon bottles. What I dont like is that there is no light to view the buttons and spouts in low light or dark. It also is on immediately when plugged in with no on off switch.
I bought this to replace my Primo water dispenser that I've had for almost 10 years and the cold water stopped working. This is smaller in height. I also can't fit my Owala , I have to tip it and hold it to fill it up which is fine but I'm already missing my old water dispenser
In 30 days cold button got stuck…had water everywhere
As soon as we set up the water dispenser a d put in the water jug. The machine came on and instead of shutting down once the reservoir was full it continued fill resulting in the machine overflowing and water began to run all over the floor making a huge mess.. Apparently the shut off valve was ineffective
Unable to operate, followed instructions to let it "charge" for 24 hours before using, once water bottle in place, it did not "suck" water up, unable to dispense water.
No water comes out of cold, room temp or hot anymore I changed the empty bottle and replaced new bottle and no water comes out
