Calming and refreshing.
I would recommend this supplement for anyone suffering from menopause or anxiety. It works great! My cortisol levels have balanced out well with this supplement for year now. It has calmed my moods and stress is has gone away. Wonderful results for me.

REAL RELIEF WITH ASHWAGANDHA KSM-
I've been having a lot of anxiety lately, instead of taking a prescription medication I have been taking this. I have had real relief from the Ashwaganda KSM-66

TREMORS BE GONE!
I have essential tremors and after 10 days of taking this supplement I have noticed the tremors and shaking of my hands has decreased. My friend came by to visit and also noticed my hand wasn't shaking as bad.

So far, so good.
I just received this and going on day 5. So far no negative effects. I was worried it would make my anxiety worse. I think the hot flashes have come down some. Need more time to be sure. So far so good.

"HELPFUL FOR SLEEPING, BUT EAT FIRST
Make sure you eat a little something with the morning dose. A bit of nausea with it and very helpful for sleeping.
