Ive several brands with lions mane. This isn't necessarily a review about pattern wellness but a review of lions mane. I was skeptical also. Ive been using lions mane for almost 3 years. The best way to tell if it's beneficial to your daily life is to use it for about 4 months and then stop using for a couple of months. Thats how I knew it helped me . My loved even noticed a difference.

I believe this is one of the best products for saving our memory and brain functions on the market today. I bought this for my husband due to the onset of dementia about 5 years ago at age 56.
