The first time in years I didn't get a migraine the day before my period. I also feel so much more like myself, mood-wise. I recommend this product to everyone
This seriously saved me during my last period. I felt less bloated, less irritable, and didn't have to cancel plans for once. Definitely keeping this in my monthly routine.
I'm usually a wreck the week before my period‚ moody, snappy, just not myself. I honestly wasn't expecting much, but this made a real difference. I felt way more even, less on edge. It's kind of amazing.
