THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS!
I've been struggling sleeping all night for over 2 months and tried melatonin on it's own and got zero results. I was getting exhausted and decided to give this a try on a whim. I'm thrilled with the results. There is nothing better than a good nights sleep. Thank you!

It seems to help a bit but I only take one vs. two pills at bedtime. Sometimes melatonin can cause headaches so I'm being cautious.
