This shampoo is hard to find, and was very close to the original formula. The bottle was enclosed in plastic and although there was only a small amount that leaked out, Walmart made a request to have it replaced. I was very impressed with their customer service, since this product was a third party seller. I would order from them again and also recommend them to others.

Hair loss queen
If you want your hair to fall out, this is for you. I've never had such a problem with shampoo. I've had the cheapest shampoo and conditioner, yet still hasn't affected me as much as this has. I have two huge bottles, and don't want to give them away bc of what it's done to me. Sure it smells great, but this product is a nightmare.

Item damaged due to poor shipping packaging.
Shipped in a box with no packing material to keep it from bouncing all over. No plastic wrap over bottle or anything. The lid was off and the contents was leaking out all over. I basically have less than a half of a bottle of shampoo left now. Ridiculous for how expensive this is shampoo is. Very disappointed.

Do not buy!!!
I would like my money back. $22. Smelled bad! Made my hair feel like straw. I wonder if its a knockoff. Totally disappointed.
