i saw one other review that was low. the reason the texture is different is because it is both a shampoo and a conditioner all in one. i like it better. i give it a big five stars. love it!

This is the best shampoo I’ve ever used and it conditions great. You don’t need much of it to lather up and it makes my curly hair shiny, look thicker and gives it great body. I bought my first tube at a salon at $19.99 for 8.5 oz. So this is a great buy!

The best shampoo ever! I only use this and an additional conditioner. The lather and smell are fabulous, not to mention how soft it makes my hair. This is advertised as a men's shampoo sometimes, I'm not sure why. I'm a 61yo female and use it daily, also take it to the gym.

The consistency is quite thin and it didn't provide the conditioning I expected. I will choose another product in the future.

I'm not sure if this was extremely out of date, exposed to extreme temperatures, or simply a fraudulent knockoff. The shampoo was watery and appeared to be separated. The usual silver tamper sticker over the opening was not there. The tube was wrapped in plastic which I assumed was to prevent leakage during shipment. Will never buy this item online again.

It was a real "runny" and left my hair dry. It was hard to get through my tangles. It was quite "drying".

This product came unsealed and the shampoo seems different than the usual product. It had a runny consistansy and feels different. It also smells different.

Product did not meet the quality of identical product I bought from another distributor. Seemed watered down and no consistency. Not happy for sure!!! Price cheaper not always a good choice if one doesn’t get exact product.
