Great product but the shipper is a joke. Got a bottle that was only about half filled, the rest of it was in the package and all over the bottle Contacted customer service and have yet to hear a peep out of them. Live and learn. Ill buy it elsewhere from now on.

This is a good product and it was packaged nicely for delivery.

I like this shampoo for stripping other products out of your hair. It cleans very well. The smell isn't great but works very well.

The price was on par of anyone else, it was much easier to order all Paul Mitchel Products and one time and all were delivered within days of each other.

I have oily kind of hair that needs a deep cleaning this shampoo does the trick. It also rinses cleanly!

Cleans hair thoroughly but not to be used daily. I use it once a week so that my hair doesn't dry out.

I like to use this shampoo about once a week to remove the dullness that builds up using a 2 in 1 shampoo. A little goes a long way. I think I like it better than the shampoo that comes in the clear bottle and starts with N. It makes my hair clean, soft and manageable. It's good to use before a deep conditioner also. I'm glad I can order it on line.

the scent was ok but not as good as it used to be, but i am talking 20 some years since I've tried it, however clean and shiny hair is a plus from this product i would recommend it but you will need plenty of it on your hair (especially long hair.)

Definitely washes hair properly. You can tell the difference when your scalp is clean. Only complaint is it dries the heck out of my scalp and I only wash my hair 1-2 times a week.
