The 24 colors, which are vibrant, have some unique names and at least one (1) appears to be mislabeled. The colors are: Permanent Lemon Yellow; Cadmium Yellow Medium; Indian Yellow; Cadmium Red Light; Permanent Lemon Yellow (appears to be a red to my eyes and others have noted it as being Scarlet); Madder Red; Violet: Permanent Violet; Cobalt Blue; France Ultramarine; Sky Blue; Sea Blue; Prussian Blue; Payne's Grey; Yellow Green; Tree Green; Hooker's Green Brilliant; Pozzuoli Red Ochre; Burned Sienna; Emeral Green; Yellow Ochre; Umber; Burned Brown; and, Coal Black.

These are the best watercolors I've purchased to date. Mind you, I'm learning watercolor but have purchased 3 other sets. I like the attached pallet as well as the color saturation.

I was thrilled to find my favorite paints for such a good price. I've had the set of 24 for a long time and I was looking for the set of 48 to expand my color choices. This set comes in a beautiful, sturdy chipboard box, so the pallet is well protected in shipping A microfiber cloth suitable for wiping your brush comes with, as well as a cotton paper swatch card and a color chart. Although the writing is in Chinese, pigment information is included and it's easy to see what pigments make up the paints. The paints activate easily with just a wet brush, and the colors in the pallet are well balanced-not too many of any one color. In all, it's a great set for the money.

Since it is a 48 color set, it takes awhile to unwrap all of the colors and swatch them! But the variety of colors is great. The swatch chart follows the order of the colors in the trays. Overall, a very nice set.

These are so great! I'm a watercolor novice but it seems like the quality is really good compared to some of the others I've tried. A beautiful color assortment and highly pigmented. Far greater than what I expected for the price.
