Kid shoes are too big for adjustable skates
Sneakers nowadays are gargantuan, and you have to destroy the box to get these out. They are adorable and well-made but I suggest purchasing them when the child is quite small or their giant shoes will be too big for them when you think they'll be able to learn to skate. They could probably skate much younger on carpet,

Buy a different brand of skates.
The clasp that holds the skates on seems extremely cheaply made. I don't think it will last long. On the front there are what appears to be stopper “brakes” but they are round and plastic with no rubber stopper in the hole.
