I feel like I shouldn't struggle but I am lol. I keep trying to shove the ramp connector flat against the platform connector and push down, am I doing this wrong?? It won't stay! But yes cage is very spacious, literally gigantic, I just wish it didn't practically force you to separate levels. I modified this a bit by putting 2 solid platforms together then adding a ramp to another (but lower) solid platform, adding another ramp and attaching it to a platform with a hole.

Overall it was really good except one of the pieces came broken and it was a lot harder to assemble than I thought.

Love the cage! Perfect size for my 8 rats, but my only complaint is it came to me missing one important part - the latch to the top side door. Now I have to zip tie it closed so my boys don't get out and I have to cut it off every time I want to feed and clean.

We bought this for a dwarf rabbit. RABBIT is the first animal mentioned in the description. Oh, contraire. The ramps are much to slick, the inclines are too steep, and the holes are too small to maneuver through. She actually fell while trying to get to the top level. Luckily she didn't get hurt. We actually took the upper levels out until we can tweak it more suited to her needs. Well put adhesive felt squares on the platforms for traction, and sanded tape or something of the like on the ramps. On the upside, the cage is extremely well built! There was one latch completely missing though, from one of the side doors that is supposed to be riveted on from the factory (the latch was on the other door). Paw but is quality product, this cage just wasn't “rabbit” friendly. I see now that most have it for ferrets. That's what I'd call it, a ferret cage.

Bought the cage for my daughter's 2 rats she adopted from her college vet tech program when she graduated last month. We tried another cage but the space between the bars were too wide. This spacing is perfect, however the cage we received is not! It came with no instructions but she %26 her brother figured it out. The top was bent some but she said she'd make it work, One of the shelves was broken when it arrived %26 that you can't make work because the piece is plastic. I've left 2 messages through Walmart to the seller %26 have gotten no response. Called %26 no one answers even when you are on hold. Would have given it a better rating had someone actually responded to replace the shelf, We are debating sending the entire thing back because one of the shelves is broken %26 can not be used which could cause her pets to fall from area where shelf should be. The only other option is to order a 2nd cage %26 swap the shelves %26 return 1 for a refund. Most companies would rather just send you the 1 broken shelf instead of having to refund a 2nd cage, We did order a cage from Kay-tee that had a broken part. Customer service was great, they sent replacement part %26 couldn't have been any nicer. Unfortunately the spacing between the bars was too wide %26 that is why we ordered this one.

the track for the bottom tray sits more than an inch away from the rack my rodents cannot go into this whole thing because they will be escaping through that hole it is not allowing me to send pictures they are more than 10 megapixels each because of the racks

Very hard to put together, holes do not aline,when walls up, landings do not stay in place..had to zip tie them in..now if we want to move things around, we have to cut, and add new ones.. and one of the levers did not have a hole drill as it should have...if this a example of what the cage is...it's not worth the time or the money

DO NOT BUY THIS. First, the instructions were just a bunch of pictures and the pieces of the cage weren't labeled so I had to put it together and then take it back apart several times until I could get it right. Then! it is sooooo cheaply made like to the point of things not lining up correctly so I had to make my own adjustments so it was steady. Next! The tray doesn't go up high enough for the bedding to not fall out so there's constantly bedding all over my floor. Like, everywhere. FINALLY, after 6 whole days of having it I was moving it like normal back to its spot after cleaning up all the bedding on the floor and a wheel completely snapped off. Like past the point of being able to get fixed. So now after only having it for a week I have to send it back and get a refund. I would understand if it was only 50$ and it had these problems but for the price it is I should not and no one else should not have to go through what I did. I feel so bad for my poor rats who have to go back into their smaller house until I can find another one.
