Easy installation and durable materials.

The teeter is what I expected. Easy to assemble, and decent quality. My issue is with the delivery. FedEx asked for delivery directions. I specifically stated that I wanted it delivered to the back door. I actually has easier access. It was delivered to the front door. Why ask for directions, if you are going to ignore them, FexEx???????

Good quality for the price! I sprayed it with a water seal, so it should last a while.

Very lightweight. You will need a power drill. Three of the holes did not lineup. So I had to make my own. And then to get the teeter into the holder is very tricky. It's very hard to get it into the holder and then you need a flashlight to find the holes to line it up . But it works well.

Poor quality and size is too small. Center point isn't stable and the whole thing topples over unless you perhaps stake it into the ground. Anyone who is trying to set up an agility course for your dog, I would recommend getting a larger teeter totter that is stable. The predrilled holes was also not perfectly aligned and I had to get my drill out to assemble this which was a pain.
