P.A.W.S. NAD+ Precursor Supplement for Dogs - Powder, 30 Sachets

We have a 10 yr old Great Dane/German Shepard who had a sudden onset of losing control and weakness in hind legs. Exam and x-rays confirmed neurological decline with bone on bone in lumbar are of spine. Prevacox and Gabba's helped a bit, yet, he was declining dramatically in his ability to go farther than 3 ft. He weighs 125 pounds with his spirit fully there, so, I began researching! I chose supplements 1 at a time to see what, if anything would help, and lastly Zesty Paws healthy aging. We could not believe that after 1 dose ( 3 packets) his ability to move improved. We are now on day 7 with hearts filled with hope because he went from dragging himself with too much pride to accept help, and we were on the verge of humanely letting him go, to our boy can actually walk across the yard still full of spirit, and daily improving!! I love that the powder is in a sachet that I can mix into my dogs food over a pill. So far, I've noticed a slight increase in my dogs' energy and am excited to continue feeding them Healthy Aging Niagen Powder.

It was difficult for me to see a difference because although she is 10 years old, she has always acted like a puppy and has endless energy. I think this would be beneficial for an older dog who is slowing down and showing their age.

It's hard to tell if there were any side effects or improvements with the powder, but they do like the flavor. I think you would have to have a prolonged use to see any results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here is my one complaint about this product. It doesn't actually tell you how to use it. Does it go on food or in the dogs water? Anyways my dog refused to use this product. Could it be good sure. But who really knows. Hopefully I can come back and review this again.
