Life extended!!

Lisa March 8, 2026

We have a 10 yr old Great Dane/German Shepard who had a sudden onset of losing control and weakness in hind legs. Exam and x-rays confirmed neurological decline with bone on bone in lumbar are of spine. Prevacox and Gabba's helped a bit, yet, he was declining dramatically in his ability to go farther than 3 ft. He weighs 125 pounds with his spirit fully there, so, I began researching! I chose supplements 1 at a time to see what, if anything would help, and lastly Zesty Paws healthy aging. We could not believe that after 1 dose ( 3 packets) his ability to move improved. We are now on day 7 with hearts filled with hope because he went from dragging himself with too much pride to accept help, and we were on the verge of humanely letting him go, to our boy can actually walk across the yard still full of spirit, and daily improving!! We are dropping our jaws with joy. Thank you!!

Enjoyable powder supplement

Ashley June 8, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently started giving my two dogs, a 7-year-old bulldog and a 2-year-old chihuahua, Niagen powder for healthy aging, and I've been pleasantly surprised by the results. Initially, I was skeptical about whether they would like the powder, but they both enjoyed it mixed with their kibble. My bulldog, who has started to show signs of aging, seems to have more energy and appears more playful since starting the supplement. My chihuahua, though younger, also seems to benefit from an extra boost of vitality. Overall, I'm impressed with how easily the Niagen powder has integrated into their diet and the noticeable improvement in their energy levels. I highly recommend it for any dog owner looking to support their pets' health and vitality.

Great supplement

Teddy's mom June 10, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure how to give to my dog. I didn't find instructions only pictures on the box. My dog has been a little off with his eating and once I added the powder he seemed to be back to his regular devouring and eating his food

Good product!

Lily June 14, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is super easy to use. My dog really liked it. It was difficult for me to see a difference because although she is 10 years old, she has always acted like a puppy and has endless energy. I think this would be beneficial for an older dog who is slowing down and showing their age.

Penny enjoys!

Rickey June 10, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to enjoy the powder on her dog food. Sometimes she will sniff it and walk out. Then come right back to eat. Have seen a little more spark as penny is a 10 yr beagle fighting cancer. Thank you!

I wish my pups would eat the product

DogMom June 9, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I need to disclose that I received a free sample of Zesty Paws Healthy Aging Niagen in exchange for writing this review. I wanted to try this product because I have one aging pup of 8 yrs old and another now 5 yrs old and want them to be as healthy as can be. I tried to get them to take this over the course of 2 weeks. Unfortunately, they did not like the taste and avoided their food altogether. It helped some when I added chicken or beef broth to their kibble/Zesty Paws powder, and decreased the amount of the product on their food, but in the end, it would not be something I would purchase knowing they would not eat it. I think if your pet is not a picky eater and you are able to mask the flavor a bit, it would provide a great benefit.

Need more time

J May 23, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here is my one complaint about this product. It doesn't actually tell you how to use it. Does it go on food or in the dogs water? Anyways my dog refused to use this product. Could it be good sure. But who really knows. Hopefully I can come back and review this again.

What even is this?

JenniferS29 May 19, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first Zesty Paws product i cannot endorse. The Zesty Paws Healthy Aging Niagen Powder for Dogs is so confusing. Neither the box nor the individual packets of powder tell you HOW to use. Do I put it in my dogs water? Sprinkle it on their kibble? Mix with wet food? Feed directly? I assumed sprinkle it on their food, so I did. The powder (oddly) congealed almost instantly and my dog managed to eat his way around it. its an unattractive white powder with a mild smell. I've used several Zesty Paws products with great results in the past, and this just seems as uninspired and unclear product. My nearly 5 year-old English Bulldog is treat motivated and will try almost anything new with gusto, so its telling that this did not excite or entice him. I suppose the intention behind an anti-aging powder is well merited, but this powder, its lack of instructions, and complete lack of appeal to my dog mean I cannot sadly cannot endorse it.
