PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter, 16 oz

Was a little skeptical about it, but after trying, the difference was only noticeable in the texture of the PB2. It stores in the pantry, won't go rancid like regular jar peanut butter and great to have just in case! I ordered 2 and only received one, call customer service and got credit for the one not received. Was told I'd get a coupon, but that never showed up in e-mail.

I found this to be a real true peanut butter once mixed with water. it had a nice roasted taste. the texture was perfect. I did add half a tablespoon of raw honey to give it just that extra that I like in my peanut butter. and the fact that it has no oil is amazing. this is going to be my go-to peanut butter from now. I don't want the stuff that's in so called natural peanut butter.

Powdered peanut butter is phenomenal. It can be used interchangeably with peanut butter. Sometimes there is a toasted peanut butter taste. A small amount of water made a difference in its consistency between being thin and not thin/creamy/thick peanut butter. The attached pictures are of the powdered peanut butter's dry and prepared forms. The nutrition facts on the label shows it being very low in fat compared to peanut butter, there is no leftover oily residue from the prepared form of powdered peanut butter. PB2 is able to be refrigerated and used as leftovers. The PB2 is easy to thin with not much added water! Ambient heat or setting peanut butter on a warm, heated object allowed the peanut butter to reach a creamy, less thin consistency without risking burning the peanut butter, which it already has a slightly toasted peanut butter taste, that is not overbearing. PB2 was a great ingredient for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

I LOVE this product ! Especially for the low fat content compared to “real” peanut butter! Wouldn't use anything else because after you mix it, it tastes just like real peanut butter but without the extra fat and calories! You can even sprinkle it into baked goods! Love it and it makes a healthy snack!

Did I ever tell you how much I dislike any type of protein powder ? People will say well this one is different . Nope they all leave a horrible chemical aftertaste . Well along comes peanut butter powder . 69 calories for two tablespoons and you can add skittle wayer to use it as peanut butter or add to a recipe or smoothie etc . It's delicious and half the calories if regular peanut butter with a great flavor !

This peanut butter powder is awesome, it has a great taste actually taste like you scooped a spoon of peanut butter right out of the jar. The best part is you can add it to your coffee or shake without trying to mix creamy peanut butter. Taste great on ice cream and cake too.

I love the taste , texture and convenience of this product. When mixed up it has the consistency of regular pPB without all the fat and oil. It is smooth, rich tasting and satisfying. I have been on a calorie reduced diet for a year now and this product along with reduced carb bread has been a staple in my diet food. I use it mostly as regular peanut butter on toast. It has 5 grams of protein per 2 tablespoons and only 45 calories! When used with a 35 calorie per slice low carb bread I feel like I am cheating when I am not! I have used it in smoothies as well to boost protein and flavor. I have bought this from Walmart over 6 times!

Great for recipes. I use it making ice cream and shakes. Healthier than regular peanut butter. Great taste. A little pricey but worth it. Recommend
