Not exactly sure what's different with this one, it has less billions of organisms than my old one, but works better. I think it's about the kind of bacteria that are included. The shipping cost is reasonable, and I have not been disappointed by anything I have bought here. The acidophilus I'm reviewing, works amazingly. Had tried others, because they were right in from of me at the food store, but they did not work as well, or as fast as this brand. Can't go wrong here. BW

PB 8 Probiotic is the only probiotic that doesn't need refrigeration. Probiotics lose their strength when not placed in your refrigerator. I suggest anyone wwho uses them to look this up on the web.
