PBS Kids Plug & Play Tablet with TV Stick, Green

My 4 year old grandson was so excited to receive this tablet from me. His mom said it was so simple to set up. All she had to do was connect it to their wi-fi. He seemed to immediately know how to play, but he had being playing games on his parents' phones. This is his first tablet. He plays any time he is allowed. I scored as a grandma.

This is a review for the PBS Kids Playtime Pad 7 HD Kid-Safe Tablet (Ages 2+) + PBS KIDS HDMI Streaming TV Stick Plug & Play. I initially thought this would be for my toddler only, but my 8 year old son has been playing with it for 2 weeks! Amazing tablet! It has tons of videos preloaded so you don't have to download, 23 educational games, and music! It comes with a protective case. My toddler has dropped it a few times already, and it is very durable. Easy to navigate. Package included a PBS firestick with remote. My 8 year old was even able to make it work on the tv! The remote looks like a car. I highly recommend this tablet to all parents!

Love the PBS play time pad with a 7 HD safe tablet. My grandson loves the look and was instantly wanting it and curious. Took me awhile to figure out how to hook it up and once we were connected it was smooth sailing. He's only 21 months old but is easily operating this device like a professional gamer. I received the tablet just 2 days after ordering but did not include the HDMI stick or the remote control

Purchased two of them for Christmas as gifts and have been trying to get in contact with some to help me since both tablets require a passcode to be able to use even though they're supposed to be brand new. It's been weeks and I still have not heard from anyone.

misleading. ordered 2. had to send the first one back. it was used and locked out. tried to factory reset but would not work. did not come with the remote or the car. returned for a 2nd one, this one works but not remote or car. im gonna try to contact customer service to see if i can get it. dont advertise it with the products if you arent going to send it with it.

To whom it may concern, We ordered a PBS Kids Plug %26 Play Tablet with TV Stick, Green, And it didn't come with the TV stick as pictured and described as a little green car and green remote control, it only came with the tablet. My package did not come with everything. It said when I ordered it.

I did not receive the TV Stick as advertised. Very disappointed that I did not get what I ordered.

I received the item with missing pieces !! Definitely a let down considering it's the holidays !
