Received it as a gift. It's awesome and easy to design

I am having a hard time figuring it out. I have even got two other people to work on it and the app is ridiculous. I got a few thing printed but not in color. So frustrating. I bought this just to see if I would actually use it on my cookies before I bought the Eddie Printer. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Nice printer was missing the big pack of black ink and magenta was leaking

printer recieved was not the same as the picture. also didnt receive the paper listed in the description but a pack of photo paper??

i recieved my order. everything in the boxed looked like it was used already. the printer was wrapped in clear duck tape wrap the foam was missing the ink was thrown in the box the cord wasnt wrapped. there was a tester print still on the scanner. i wish i could send this back. for 340 bucks i can't even return it for a refund.

Received the WRONG printer TWICE ordered the edible printer for a birthday gift and received a regular printer sent it back had to REORDER one and wait for a refund of the other one get the replacement and that one is ALSO WRONG now waiting for an email back on what is going to happen! Very very disappointed, frustrated and dissatisfied at the moment

Took this product did not arrive on time. I haven’t even been able to use it because they didn’t send the correct ink cartridges and they have refused to get back to me after 72 hours of sending emails and phone calls as this was for my business. Walmart has been zero help with trying to get the products I need. Amazon would have had this handled within 24 hours so I really regret not going through them for this. I just had to spend an extra $60 to get the correct ink in time for my other orders. I would not waste your time ordering this because you won’t get it on time and will never be able to get a hold of anyone if something goes wrong.

Printing is not good quality and wafer paper tears up when being retrieved into the printer.
