PC Universal Sublimation Bundle with Printer, Heat Press Machine & Assorted Mugs---includes transfer paper,heat tape etc.everything

Recieved this and they don't tell you it's customer support and tech support is in Asia and the Caribbean. The body of the printer was no heavier than Barbie's mini van. You try to follow online setup and you get caught up in pop ups about out of date devices on your computer. Had to end up using external cd and epson japan pops up. Now let's talk about mug warmer didn't work you can set timer and temp but it won't down cycle. I didn't receive all the mugs in the picture. I only got 2 white basic coffee mugs. The structure of mug heater just as cheap as plastic printer and only weighs 2 lbs. you can feel it's not sturdy when you first pic it up same with printer no need to bend at knees to lift it. If you can carry 5lbs potatoes you can sling this printer everywhere. I have to say shame on me for trusting Walmart vetting vendors. I even bought warranty went out 407.00 for wish version of what I wanted

Walmart should not allow vendors to sell such crapp..this is the cheapest overpriced printer I have ever seen...gonna get my money back.buy from someone else..also says it comes with an assortment of cup..I GOT 2 COFFEE CUPS..people beware..read the reviews before you order..there is nor a good review of this printer....

Well I'm back to write another review after this company is telling me that they have done what it takes to make this $60 printer at ure local Walmart into a sublimation printer for a lot of craft projects well after having it for about a month everything keeps going wrong I'm printing some sheets of sublimation paper and when I go to transfer the image on my tumbler there is just the outline of the picture so I replace and check the ink cartridges as a suggestion and put new ink in and follow the steps and the ink picture is showing empty when they are brand new . And I ruined 40 sheets of paper thinking this printer would work I just want my money back so that I can find the real thing I paid over $300 for .

The printer worked for 2 days and the it started to print lines, I can't get it to connect to my phones Wi-Fi so I can't even get to the settings to do a check
