I'm happy with this printer, because I have sent 2 back to Amazon already, the epson was not smart phone compatible and the other had bad print quality. Even though this one is a converted epson, it was easy to set up with my phone and I like the quality of prints! On the bad side the mug heater did not have a power cord and one of the mugs was shattered in the box. Can't win them all, I guess!

I am still learning it, but the prints are nice and print nicely when i press them on shirts. I am learning the mug press so I am not sure about that one yet!

So far so good mouse pad came out good. Better instructions will make it much easier and in English. Good value for someone starting off with sublimation.

I didn't get anything from this printer didn't get to use it I believe it was made to print on coffee mugs I couldn't get correct size for tumbler size .I also tried to message and call the seller with the phone number provided of course never received a call back or message.I wanted to ask if it was made to just print on coffee mugs or could I do tumbler size so I just returned it because if I couldn't know for sure no need to keep.Directions didn't say anything really just about a mug .I needed for more things

the red does not print. dont kniw why. need help

definately not worth the money every picture is dull on the fabric leaves lines on the picture when printed so shows up when transfered also even the brightest colorful printed picture turns out like the shirt has been washed alot so dull. Do not reccomend this also very cheaply made and flemsy.
