Wasn't packaged good and the delivery driver kinda tossed it

the heat press has no real instructions or model number

cheap and the heat press fades on shirts in top snd bottom of whatever design ur doing doesn't matter how small or big, and the printer prints out dull pictures and black ink gets on the corner of papers so when u put them in shirts u get blsck lines in every one of them unless u cut corners off snd then u cant straighten the picture up right. i sent ut back in less than a week.

I was home waiting for delivery front door was open only glass door was shut delivery driver did not knock .. instead he left it in the pouring rain box was open !! Sublimation paper wet and ruined items are missing !

Didn't receiver the printer only heat press and they won't even reply to Walmart about a refund I think it's sad and unacceptable.. if you're going to be a third party on Walmart.com then be honest and communicate

sublimation color was not what it said it to br...very dull colors when printed out
