Item works well, only complaint i have is when i receved it, it looked like it had been used, it was scratched a bit but it still works just fine!

Arrived late. Says it will charge thru a case cover but struggles to do so. Have to flop it down on the carving pad until it finally connects. Would be good if you don't have a protective case around your phone. Says fast charging but is a lot slower than using my phone cord.

didnt get to use it much. purchased it for my phone which isn't wireless charging because I wanted to see if i could make my phone think that it was a wireless charging phone by installing a wireless receiver but it didnt work. the charger worked great though.

I have to make sure the phone is really charging. Sometimes the light (blue) comes on but then it isn't really charging. It also won't recognize my phone unless the case is off and it is set perfectly right. Not impressed. But it does work. Just fussy.

This was a waste of my money. Have used twice and instead of charging my battery, it drains the battery. Thought it was something wrong with the charge pad so I hooked the cable direct to my phone and still drained my phone battery. I may try the pad with a different cable and see if it will charge, otherwise it will just be a coaster for my drink while I'm at work. Very disappointed with product.

l never received the item in order to try it My package was delivered but left out in the open on my front porch and my package ended up being stolen. l try to get my item l ordered replaced instead of a refund only to be told by customer service that the item is only available for a refund and that l would have to contact my bank to file a claim before they can process me a refund.Was told by my bank it will take upmto 4 weeks . Not worth the wait just to get s $10.00 refund.
