I ordered 1 gallon but received a half gallon
It is hard to know how to rate this product. The problem is that it's listed as a 1-gallon bottle, but the merchant sent me a half-gallon bottle. I'm not sure that Pearl Milling makes this product in a 1-gallon size. I have never seen it that way anywhere else. Walmart doesn't normally let you return food products, so I went through a whole procedure on the website and then had to argue with someone on the phone. It took forty minutes to get the problem fixed. Based on that experience, I won't order this in a 1-gallon size anymore. If a friend asked me, I would recommend that they not order that size either. It is safer to order the half-gallon size. Otherwise, I like Pearl Milling syrup as a product. My kids eat a bunch of it, which is why I wanted to buy so much of it.
