Love Pectasol capsules for trips! and since last week, I added an extra daily dose, after feeling some sort of inflammation (my nutrition is very healthy) but I needed something else, then I tried adding more Pectasol. I am feeling much better!

It helps immensely with cleansing, and with inflammation. I am regular, and my pain level in my knee is way down as a result of taking this supplement!

I was hesitant to buy these as it would take 6 capsules and in between meals to use this but as it turns out, easy to do if you plan for it. I actually also purchased the container with the pectasol powder in the lime flavor and love it. I just take a scoop of that as soon as I get up and I take the 6 capsules about an hour before dinner. I am not sure what effect I am getting this. Too soon to tell??? Will see but one thing that I think may be helping is that I see to be eliminating more often and that is a good thing since I tend to be constipated. I just noticed the newer chewable and will be giving that a try as well.

This has greatly improved my inflamation. I have very soft stools which is not great but I'm dealing with that.
