Replace the salts that you sweat out every day.
I commented once that sometimes these electrolyte drinks would have a weird aftertaste and I was right. Because some of the electrolytes that are in it are also preservatives. In ancient times the only preservative they had was salt and sometimes sugar. The strawberry flavor is one of the best. Instead of a drink of water try a drink of this to help in re hydrating yourself. Now for adults as well as kids.

Kids have been sick and I've been buying this flavor since they have been on sale and there hasn't been any complaints they have stayed hydrated and any age doesn't matter helps everyone

This before anything such as Gatorade. It is able to water down to double the product. It's pricy for just one

Love it!
I buy it for my son when he seems likes he's getting sick, he loves this flavor the most! So do I though I drink it as well when I'm getting sick and it's hydrating, taste decent and I feel like it works!

Why is it so Hard To Open??
This flavor, quality is top notch BUT the inner white seal under the cap is THE HARDEST Top I have EVER TRIED TO GET OFF!! Even after I have finally wrenched it partly off, I can't get the metallic edges off so that when I just want a quick refreshing swig, the metallic part cuts my lips! Gotta find another brand...

NEVER AGAIN - BAD INGREDIENTS
My joints were hurting so bad an hour after drinking one glass of the Tropical Fruit flavor. Check out the ingredients. Red food dye is a big NO!
