Pedialyte Electrolyte Solution, Grape, Hydration Drink, 1 Liter

I drink Pedialyte often, especially in the summer. I am a mail carrier for USPS with a 14 mile walking route and get dehydrated often so I stock up on Pedialyte. My only issue is that without the foil cutter top, it's nearly impossible to open a bottle. I appreciate the protective seal and don't mind paying for it but now it's the last thing I want to reach for because I know I'm going to have a difficult time trying to open it. Please bring back the foil cutting lid!

I have 3 children. 21 years old -7 months. I used the Pedialyte when my 2 older children were children and now I use Pedialyte for my baby and us adults. We got the no flavor for the baby and us Adults get different flavors. Working in a high demand customer service job, I know I feel a difference when I drink a Pedialyte at work. My adult children drink it after working out or when we go on a long hike in the mountains.

In the past, my prep for abdominal surgery and a colonoscopy were horrible experiences. The medication tasted awful and I couldn't keep it down. The lack of hydration and incomplete course of meds caused cramps, chills and other unpleasantness. Then my doctor's office and a friend recommended an over-the-counter alternative that made all the difference. The flavorless powder mixed with Pedialyte tasted good, kept me hydrated, and I was able to gently complete the prep without all the nasty side effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pedialyte used to be something I just had if I wasn't feeling well, but now I drink it whenever I'm dehydrated. It does wonders.

I love the product and drink all the time during summer heat, and as an adult it keeps me hydrated...my only complaint is the inner safety seal. Maybe a ring pull tab would be better because I end of having to cut the paper one and I cannot imagine it being safe for a child if a piece were to fall inside and the adult not notice it. Overall love it! Will continue to purchase and drink!

I like the feelings of replenishment gained by pedialyte products. I didn't like the taste of it all the way.

The product is good, but they changed the easy-to-open foil seal, where you poke it with the pointy part of the lid, then twist... Now I simply cannot open it without stabbing into the thick white seal, with a knife! I'm only in my forties; I can't imagine an elderly person trying to open it... Please change it back! It's a deal-breaker.

This product is great but I took off two stars because the last two bottles I purchased, I couldn't even open. I don't know if it was a mistake in a small batch or what but the foil covering was so melted into the plastic that I couldn't remove it. I tried using a knife to make a slit to pull it off and it just shredded up and little flakes went into the liquid. I had to pour the whole bottle out to fish out the foil flakes. If this company if going to use foil covers maybe they should have a qualify check to make sure the foils are going to come off easily enough when the tabs are pulled. Any kind of foil inside the drink can be a choking hazard. Just make sure you don't have any foil falling into your drinks..
