This is not only for the new and young. Perfect for us Seniors also. I recommend if you like cold place your favorite flavor in the freezer 15 minute's prior to drinking. Anyone who has an illness (kidney disease, cancer) keep several of your favorites on hand at all times.

This is my favorite variety. The iced berry is a delicious flavor. I like that it has more electrolytes and ingredients for immune support. It really helped to keep hydrated during boughts with diarrhea and vomiting. I tried it out on sale and now I'm hooked. I tried some other flavors but this is the best one. They're expensive but this Advanced version is well worth the price over the Beri Lite and generic brands. I don't recommend overpaying for the regular version but the Advanced is a great upgrade.

i have a child in daycare and they are always getting sick there, this carries us through the hard times.

With warm weather fast approaching, we tend to forget to hydrate like we should. I keep these on hand for times when we are busy and need fast hydration. Perfect while doing outside projects. They have Popsicles too.

The taste is awful by itself, but I watered it down, half water half pedialyte and it was good

Ordered because my mother-in-law was dehydrated. It arrived approximately 36 hours late. She actually required admission to the Carmel Indiana hospital emergency department and was treated with dehydration and right heart failure.
