Although marketed for children, Pedialyte offers many health benefits for adults as well. A cool refreshing flavor that isn't, Pedialyte is an excellent source of minerals such as potassium and zinc. In addition to aiding in hydration and balancing electrolytes, the ingredients contain real fruit and are a healthier option than some other brands with similar claims, This flavor is delicious and it's an easy way to keep hydrated in these ever-rising temps.

This is my favorite variety. The iced berry is a delicious flavor. I like that it has more electrolytes and ingredients for immune support. It really helped to keep hydrated during boughts with diarrhea and vomiting. I tried it out on sale and now I'm hooked. I tried some other flavors but this is the best one. They're expensive but this Advanced version is well worth the price over the Beri Lite and generic brands. I don't recommend overpaying for the regular version but the Advanced is a great upgrade.

Sometimes you might need an supplement to help balance out those nutritional/hydration moments in your life. This is a great item to assist with your workouts, your day to day liquid intake, etc.

With warm weather fast approaching, we tend to forget to hydrate like we should. I keep these on hand for times when we are busy and need fast hydration. Perfect while doing outside projects. They have Popsicles too.
