Pedigree Complete Nutrition Adult Dry Dog Food, Steak & Vegetable Flavor, 40 lb Bag

Our 97 lb. golden retriever loves this brand of dog food and he eats 4 cups per day. Our dog never refuses Pedigree grilled steak %26 vegetables. It's his favorite! I have not been able to get any other flavors of Pedigree from Walmart, as it appears they are always unavailable.

I bought this bag of dog food last minute ran out of their other dog food which is too heavy for me to carry and probably too heavy for the delivery guy or woman so I bought this because of the snow I could not get the regular brand and they seem to like it my older Mastiff had gas with this brand

I think all got food is expensive. But my sweet golden retriever stopped eating her usual Purina dog food so I switched to this and she is back happy eating as normal. My vet does not recommend the expensive grain free dog foods so I have always stuck with Purina and my golden retrievers have lived long, healthy, happy and allergy free lives on it. My vet said, this is basically the same make up as Purina. I don't know if I will try giving her Purina again or stick with this.

My dogs are strong and healthy in appearance. They don't hesitate to eat their food; therefore, they must enjoy it. It's something they anticipate daily with their smiles. I love them; thus, I am going to continue to issue the bowls of joy for them. Thanks Pedigree for affordable quality dog food!

Well, my medium-sized terrier loves it. So basically that's that! ha I like the price. It's not the cheapest on the shelf, but certainly not the most expensive. I like the uniform size of the pieces bc they fit easily into my dog's treat dispensing toy. And weirdly I find that the colors are attractive....idk- ha

We have 6 dogs, it takes a bit to feed them. Pedigree Dry dog food, fills their bellies, so they don't eat all day. We free feed our dogs, they all eat well. Their coat is much softer when we feed Pedagree dry dog food. And the food lasts them, and for the price , you just can't beat it.

I have 7 rescue pups,so I need to watch my money but I still want to feed them a complete nutrition diet. Pedigree allows me to do that and it works for all breeds. I do switch it up between the steak and chicken flavors so they don't get bored. They all love it from my Chihuahua to my Mastiff and I am happy that it's super affordable!

grain and gluten free is the best but sometimes you just have to know what's better in order to feel your fur babies belly I feel pedigree as one of the better brands even though it has the above grain and gluten that most of that's recommend avoiding

We just opened this new bag late last night, May 28, 2026. We noticed a small hole in the bag near the top and thought nothing of it. This am I was going to refresh my dog'd food bowl as it seemed she had not eaten anything. It was swarming with fruit flies! Possibly they could have gotten into bag through the small hole? We haven't used this kind of kibble before %26 usually get Rachel Ray but wanted to try a new kind this month. Won't use this kind ever again! Bugs like that really freak me out! I would like a replacement bag sent out please%26 if possible make it Rachel Ray Indoor Cat in their largest bag. Thanks for your help!!

Well, the price remains the same but every time I send the order each month, pounds get less. They're down to 40 pounds for the bonus by and it literally started at 54 pounds a few years ago. I'm not falling for this anymore and will buy a different brand even if it's more expensive. Deception is I'm not a way to do business with some people. I've been buying pedigree since it was eight dollars for a 50 pound bag. That was right before Covid.
