Love the dual shower head which has made my showers more enjoyable. It was extremely easy to install the water pressure when using one of the heads is great. There is a valve which allows you to have either head run independantly, or both can run at the same time, however, running both heads together does decrease the water pressure.

Excellent water pressure, wide stream. The hand held can be used like a pressure washer for your shower. Only reason I did not give 5 ⭐️ is because I found the switch to change from shower head to hand held to be hard to turn, probably because I'm short

I was hoping this was the replacement for the one we had that broke it's not the water pressure is really weak. I will be returning it

i got this 9 years ago and it was time for a replacement. what a disappointment it was that the one i got was light and worked like junk. couldn't even find a brand name on it. now im looking into trusting a different name brand.

Had to remove the restrict or for any kind of pressure. I cant reach to use the hand held without standing on the side of the tub- standing on it again to put back up. There is no option to mount the hand held lower. I should have looked More carefully when I purchased.

It leaks a lot even with plumbing tape if your first starting out recommend because it's great. It has a great pressure but the attachable leaks a lot. If you're going to get this, you would also want to get plumber tape and wrap the detachable in a lot of plumbers tape.

Did not fit properly, leaked constantly. Thought it was my installation. Then read other comments with the same issue. Bought a different brand, fit perfectly, no leaking.
