Had a clog that no plunger could get through. Ordered this auger and in 5 minutes no more clog. Just put the auger in with it barely sticking out of the end. Pushed until I felt the block twisted it a few times and voila!!! No more clog. This product is worth it for sure.

My greatgrandson used it and had it unclogged in less than 10 seconds. he was able to retrieve the toilet one Clorox pad that went down in it that I was obsessively scrubbing with it. PLEASE don't let your OCD do what I did AND scrub furiously because this is the second time I've done it. The first time I did it I don't remember how I got it to flush but I didn't have success the second time until we tried this tool. THIS was so inexpensive and so worth it and I didn't have to call the plumber which would have been hundreds of dollars which I could not afford. so remember if he used the toilet one Clorox pads please be gentle and careful.

This was so easy to use. I did wrong b first time upon second try I found the culprit. It seems someone dropped a bathtub drain screen in it. After months of saving money up for a new toilet and a plumber it's working good as new.

to be honest, I haven't used this product as I have an older one that has rusted a bit, but it has all the right parts for the right price to unplug a stopped home toilet.

Okay so at first I'm like this tool is junk. But then I had to remember it's a whole turkey neck flushed down there it's going to take time and effort to get it to do its job.. long story short this thing works even with the toughest clogs

This worked when my toilet plunger failed to work. After many times plunging, I purchased this auger and it did the job in about 1 minute. I suggest reading the instructions and you will unclog the toilet right away.

Very VERY hard to get out of package!!! Every inch is covered w/ tiny bubble wrap. That would be ok, EXCEPT for the fact that the bubble wrap seems to be GLUED to the item, and the cardboard! There is NO way to get the bubble wrap off of the instruction, it pulls the writing off. STUPIDEST thing I have ever seen. As for the use, I had to wing it since instructions are in pieces. The handle to turn to move auger doesn't seem to DO anything at all. Luckily, I knew which end was which. I hand fed the auger in, moved it around a little, and then hand pulled it out. Luckily, my toilet was flushed and clean, so it wasn't too gross.

I was not happy about this product because there was a part that was damaged. i could still use it but the clip that holds the snake closed had broken off. I was going to return , but it would've been too much of a hassle and I decided to just keep it. I didn't use it yet ,but i do like the fact that the product it self seemed like good quality and strong enough to do the job.

I couldn't get to do anything. It just spun around but didn't reach in enough to get anything. This toilet clogged easily and is hard to clear with plungers. Even tried liquids nothing worked. Bought this thing thinking it would do the truck but pushed through as far as possible, but it just spun around and didn't clear anything.
