Was using Timothy's Parisian night and can no longer get it so i tried this Cafe Domingo and it is great. Just the right flavor no acid and it makes a 10 oz cup with perfect flavor

Excellent well balanced blend.
Cafe Domingo provides a full-flavored rich-but-smooth coffee taste without the intensity of a robust dark roast. It was lucky find given many options are either too weak or too strong/bitter. It makes you want a second cup every time.

Great tasting
Cafe Domingo was recommended to me by a friend and it has been in my regular rotation since. Great taste and aroma, and for a medium roast coffee is full flavored without any bitterness.

A bit bold
My go-to cup is a medium Columbian coffee. I like a coffee that you can smell brewing across the room, and long before your lips touch the cup. I didn't get very much aroma from the Cafe Dominican. The coffee was good with no bitterness, perhaps a bit bolder than I anticipated. A good coffee but probably not my favorite.

tasty but more bold than medium
I was hoping for a little less boldness, as I prefer a medium brew. However, it's still tasty. I just have to use more creamer.

Perfect Balance
I gave Cafae Domingo a try and am very happy I did. It's perfectly balanced for my taste. It's smooth, not excessively strong without a drop of bitter after taste. I will definitely be purchasing Cafe Domingo again. It's not too light or too strong. Just a delicious cup of coffee.
