Peet's Coffee Espresso Capsules Crema Scura, Intensity 9, 50 Count Single Cup Coffee Pods Compatible with Nespresso Original Brewers

A friend gave us a De Longhi espresso maker recently, so I went to Peet's for "the good stuff." We were not disappointed! So far we've only tried the Crema Scura, but it's a beautiful expression of what I've loved about Peet's since the Eighties: dark, lush, vibrant, and intense. Can't wait to try the rest of them.

Excellent espresso capsules. Since trying Peet's I haven't bothered purchasing Nespresso's. The fact that Peet also recycles the capsules is important to me.

Perfect eclectic selection that allows you to pick your favorite blend. Wide variety of flavor profiles with excellent descriptions that are spot on. Works flawlessly in my Nespresso original machine.

I had used Nespresso capsules for a long time. They are very good but i wanted to try a change. Peets capsules are even better than Nespresso. Taste is great and consistent. When preparing, you can smell the freshness.

Would have given a 5 star rating except half of the capsules in the ricchezza box were damaged to the point where they wouldn't work in my Nespresso machine. The other three boxes in the sampler pack were just fine. Could have been a manufacturing defect that wasn't caught before being packaged in the box because the box itself was fine. Half of the capsules in that box were usable. Overall a great coffee but Peet's should check on their quality control measures.

Bought this to figure out which ones I will buy in the future. First off, Peet's is ALWAYS good quality although I may not prefer certain coffees/espressos. I drink my espresso Americano style and with milk so of course #8 was my favorite (it says in the package, ‘perfect with milk'). 10 and 11 are not for the faint of heart- but my gf who wants /strong/ espresso loves those. 9 was my least favorite although not offensive.

The coffee pods from Peet's were pretty good, but not as robust and strong as many of Peet's classic coffee offerings. That said, the coffee is good enough that I will continue to buy it in the future, as I would rather give my money to Peet's than some other providers.

Ordered 2 sets of these just to get delivered 2 boxes of red capsules with an expiration date 8 days ahead. Placed order on Nov 23rd, 2021 and the shipment arrived Nov 30th, 2021. The expiration date was Dec 8th, 2021. The other flavors have expiration dates in Feb, Apr, Jun 2022 which are fine. Not impressed at all getting delivered something that are going to expire so soon - it is supposed to be a gift.

I don't know, a couple days after buying them I received a email saying that I got a refund because they ran out. I was so excited.

I received 2 of the crema scura, 1 nerissimo and 1 ristretto. No richezza. The box of ristretto was damaged, and I know from unfortunate past experience that dented pods don't always work in the machine.
