Peet's Coffee French Roast, Dark Roast Whole Bean Coffee, 12 oz Bag

I greatly appreciate Peets' French Dark Roast. Each morning, I anticipate beginning my day with this flavorful coffee. Its smooth texture and distinct chocolate and caramel notes enhance my morning routine. I am particularly satisfied that the beans are organically grown, and the rich, oily aroma upon opening the bag indicates their freshness.

Purchasing online is always convenient, but to await the item with great expectations is always the case with an order of Peet's French Roast. It has been the only coffee we've purchased for many years simply because it is the best...aclassic in the coffee world.

To me Peet's Freach Roast is absolutely wonderful. It's the best tasting coffee to me with Italian Roast a second. Thank you peets I'm a Berkeley person, I love your products

I find some versions of French Roast have a sharp or burnt edge to the taste, but Peets turns out a first-rate coffee. I have been buying mostly Major Dickason's Blend in recent months, but French Roast is definitely in the rotatiion now...

I am a long-term user of Peet's coffee, specifically their French Roast. Great coffee that retains it's smoothness even when prepared strong. I'm just sorry there are no Peet's coffee shops here in Idaho!

This is always a treat ... my go to. While it is cool to try varietals, single origins and other blends I come back to this classic to guarantee a great start to my day.

Preparation is important: preheat everything, grind fairly fine following prep of preheating, presoak the grind, and serve freshly dripped.

For the Peet's everyday blends, my go to is Major D's . I bought the French Roast for the first time in a very long while. It's a good French Roast. I prefer the Italian Roast as it has a bit more depth and body than the French. The Peets French Roast is very different from others, particularly the Starbucks French Roast which is overly roasted and lacks any subtlety whatsoever.

I remember Peet's French roast beans as a rich very dark brown with a lovely sheen that brewed to the perfect cup. My new batch is better than most but not as good as it used to be. With the price increases I expected better.

I bought Peet's french roast at the supermarket and I liked it but the fresh beans are definitely different flavors. More bitter for sure and not my favorite.
