Who doesn't love TRAINS! We love this for all kids aged 3 and under! It's a fun ride-on for all kids! Great product

The train has a small **** in the plastic next to the handle. We glued and taped it. But new products should not have any damage.

It really works, my 3 years old grandson rides it without any trouble. It's not to slow it's just perfect.

I'm sorry that the other reviewer did not receive a battery with the train. Sometimes, unfortunate slips like this happen in factories, which is human error, and we've all experienced these types of inconveniences . However, that does not mean that the product is not good. We bought one of these trains for our daughter when she was only one year old. She absolutely loved it. We bought more track so that she could ride the train throughout the house. Our daughter passed it down to her little brother, who was 5 years younger. When he finally outgrew it, we sold it. It is one of the most rugged and best built riding toys that we ever purchased...and we purchased many. The reason that I was on this site is because we now want to purchase one for our grand daughter. I can't think of a better ride on toy for the cold months following Christmas than this little train. It works perfectly inside the house, and we can control where the track goes, so there is no risk of her running into anything. It really is a great product. I can't attest to customer service, but we didn't have any problems. When we contacted customer service to purchase more track, there were very helpful. We had no problems.

This is a great ride on toy for kid worked god except the whistle didn't work.

My Grandson loved the train, However, when it was being assembled we noticed a small crack in the plastic on the side where the handle is. We repaired it with some glue and tape. We charged up the battery and my Grandson jumped on and was having a blast. We told him to push the siren button. He did and nothing. After he left we took the train apart looking for a loose connection. Everything was connected and the siren would not sound. Not worth the hassle of returning, It serves it's purpose.

My son's train came with everything except the battery! Very disappointing and upset to find out Christmas morning after he opened his presents. Unsatisfied customer!!! AND Walmart is closed until tomorrow so I can't even go get the piece for him!

When we receive this time, the box appeared as if it had been re-taped. The directions instruct you to charge it for 16 hours before operating it in to our surprise there was no charger included in the box so needless to say the children and I were very disappointed!

This is the second train that came damaged. This is a child's toy with safety issues. Why isn't someone looking more closely at this item before it's shipped. Why is the screw sitting up like this.

box was opened upon arrival %26 in poor condition. Will have to wait until Christmas to make sure it is in working condition.
