customer service representative were nice. shipment was late. great kid product 👌
it only works half the time and wants to freeze up
there is nothing I like about this tablet it lags so badly my child has never gotten to use it not to mention I received it days after you all said it was delivered because it was delivered to another house down the road and it took them days to bring it to me days past the time I spoke with customer service telling them it hasn't arrived as they said
It has only been 1 month since I've purchased this for my child and the screen goes black and sometimes glitches! It gets really hot even through the case. It's slow on responding to touch. Just don't buy!
