The original design of Pelican boats only includes draim plugs on the front of the boat. Kinda silly. i wanted to add 2 for the rear and checked with Walmart first. Glad I did. They worked perfectly and arrived lightning fast.

Pelican kayak drain plug.
This plug worked perfectly! Fits great and makes a great seal. I will definitely be purchasing another one. They are a little pricey but they stay in place and the little clip makes it so it wont get lost if it does come out.

The plug fit perfectly! Just what I needed. Hope raccoons don't take this one as well. But if they do I will reorder another one.

Original Pelican Replacement Part
This is a replacement for the original Pelican part, which was great to find. It fits perfectly and has two pieces that wing out so the plug won't get disconnected from the kayak. It fit perfectly. If you have a Pelican kayak, buy this!

It Plugged the Hole!
This drain plug worked well after my husband drilled out the drain plug hole slightly. (He is so handy) Now it fits very snug and functions well when closed and expanded. This was the second one I needed to replace on two kayaks, we ended up modifying both because you can't just go get the drain plug in a store. So double check your kayak specs and order the right fit to prevent the need to modify anything.
