This case is waterproof and allows me to take decent photos with phone, while on a river. BUT, be careful with case because plastic can rip if not used gently.

The Pelican Marine Waterproof Floating Phone Pouch is a solid concept for water protection and floatation but performance can be inconsistent depending on the seal and fit. While it's convenient for beach or pool use, the usability may feel a bit clunky and not always as reliable as expected for full waterproof confidence.

I purchased them for our trip to Jamaica. One of the cases could not be used after the phone was placed in it we discovered a small hole in the case. The other case worked well. It held up during snorkeling, waterfall climbs and cliff jumps. Overall it is a good case. I love case maté products and will continue to purchase them.

Multiple requests for reviews, but I won't be using it until September.
