Pelican Voyager Sparkle Case - iPhone 12 Pro Max

Thank you for honoring your lifetime warranty. In my case, the holster broke not once but twice rendering it useless. I'm pleased with the result of going through your warranty process. I am happy to have the tool for the job. Hoping this one is better than the last one.

The protection is incredible and the case is not bulky. It's not slippery it has really good grip. It is turning a little yellow but I knew that would happen it happens with all the clear cases it's expected. The case is also not heavy it's surprisingly light. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

No bs literally 5 mins ago i was taking pictures on my new iPhone 12 Pro Max right and i stick my hand out the sunroof to capture a sick ass pic in 0.5 mode and my phone flew out of my hand and into oncoming traffic. Mind you, we are merging to get on the highway. I get tf out of my car so fast searching for this phone and see that my phone is fully intact. Not a single Scratch after being ran over like cmon. Pelican case only has minor scratches but buddy wow. I was finna be sickkkkk. 12/10

Great warranty, super easy to use the website, product came really quickly, cheap shipping & handling cost. The design is great, used it for 2 years & phone has been broke or even gotten a chip. 10/10

The level of protection is the most important thing to me in a phone case and this one has been GREAT. This one is clear which allowed me to be creative and customize it how I wanted it.

I really like the structure of the case... I do not like the sparkle clear. It looks yellowed and old on the phone just one week old.

On/off tab is difficult to turn phone on or off. Volume tabs the same way, making it difficult to raise or lower volume. Mute tab same, making it hard to access mute button. Power tab is ok but difficult to manipulate to access charging. Grip is not as good as my former Voyager. Would not buy again but I'm stuck with this.

The case looks great design wise and was seemingly not too bulky for an extra-protective case, however I guess it wasn't super protective considering a 4 foot drop caaused the entire back of my brand new iphone 12 pro max to shatter. It is advertised as 18 ft drop protection with 4 layer extreme protection. very disappointed.
