Only Fuses One Side
I've used one side fusible stabilizer many many times (Pellon 808 and 809). This comes looking the same as one sided (one side is shiny with glue and the other side is not) and have now tried to do two sided fusing multiple times and it only fuses one side. The shiny side bonds perfectly and the other side peels apart as if not bonded at all. I have tried this same 82 version from other retailers as well and the same thing happens - only one side fuses. I can't find any reference to this version 82 on pellon's site or videos of people using it either to cross reference. But in my multi testing it does not fuse on both sides.
