I use this Pellon 830 for copying sewing patterns to be adjusted to different sizes. Recently I used it to sew storage casings for a high school reunion memorial display (which is stored away after each reunion). The Pellon 830 is strong enough to weather time and is archival. Each 'envelope' sewn covered each foldable tryptic side of the display thus protecting all the portraits of our deceased classmates. The Pellon 830 can be stitched together just like fabric and is strong and resistant to tearing; plus, it's economical when purchased on Walmart's website!

Great product!
I sew quite a bit for both adults and kids, so I trace the patterns in order to have all sizes available. I also have some very old patterns and want to preserve the masters. I've been using this tracing "paper" for a number of years now.... it doesn't shred or tear easily. Great product!

So glad I bought this
This works so much better than trying to reuse patterns over and over. It doesn't tear as easy, It pins on just as easily, and enables you to keep the pattern for years to come.

Excellent product and price point
I hope my comments help clarify which product to order. I ordered the “10 yards by the bolt” option. I was delighted when a 20 yard bolt arrived today.

much better than the tissue paper!
This makes for a much sturdier pattern when you need to make adjustments and alterations, or to combine sizes of a commercial paper pattern. Only used it once so far, but am pleased with results. Doesn't tear easily like tissue paper; but on other hand, it doesn't fold up as compactly (takes up a little more space)

MISLEADING. INFO on item entry
Be careful ordering this item. It says 45"x20 yards. What you really get is 45"x10yards. That is $2.76 per yard( fair price) but not the great buy it seems. Knowing this I would not have order a whole bolts at one time. good material, fair price per yard,but not a bargain. MISLEADING. INFO ON ITEM PAGE.

The 2 bolts of Pellon ********* I ordered at a great price was delayed and cancelled. I also wanted to add to my order to get free shipping, but the website didn't offer any options

I ordered 10 yards, a new full bolt. I received a cut bolt with only 9.5 yards. Still waiting for the replacement.
