getting rplcmt parts is a joke
my fan was delivered wit a part missing...the skinny pole that hooks to the fan at the top. i called the manufacturer's %26 got nopart. they kept telling me to call this number in the book %26 I did...but they said i hadto keep calling as Pelonius fans hardly ever anser their phones. i guess I will return to walmary. what a bunch of crap

does not work correctly
no matter how the set screw for the fan head is adjusted within 2 sweeps the fan points straight up not level to throw air on you.
