great set of noice cancelling headphones. no surprises here just 3m quality. wether it's lawnmower, blowers or planes from the local airport. with these headphones. you will not hear it.

These fit really nice and still block out a lot of noise when worn with safety glasses. For ear muffs, they are comfortable and seem sturdy enough for yard work.

I bought these for church. Our band plays at over 109 decimals of sound at a constant for over a half hours time and the pain got to be too much for me. I tried talking with the sound techs but got no where. So I chose to pick my battle and got these beauties instead. They work awesome! They cut the noise down perfectly. The sound isn't eliminated because it's just too loud, but it is cut down to a perfect "normal" level. I LOVE IT. (They don't do anything to cut out my neighbors bass though, but that's not why I bought them.)

I worked around heavy turbine aircraft for 40 years and these were the standard that we used on the ramp. Tried cheep ones but they can't compare to these.

For the price, this 3M model has always been a good value for me. They are rugged and fit well. I'd prefer a little softer cushion material around the ear, but I'd be paying about twice the price... not worth it when I lose a pair.

They make sure the noise is not an issue but they are very tight on the ears. We tried adjusting them but there is not much wiggle room for them to go.
