It has a basketball, football, soccer ball, and tennis ball on the front of the 80 sheet notebook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pen + Gear one subject spiral notebook is not only well made but attractive with its future champs sports balls cover. I love it states note only future champs but shows a soccer ball a basketball ball a foot ball and a base ball. Which ever of these sports you student likes they will be happy with this notebook. The sheets are wide ruled and they are perforated so you can neatly tear the sheets out. The nice part is the back cover is has the same future champ and sports ball pictures to match the front. Your student will love this notebook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this notebook because it's great for my son. Definitely better than just a plain notebook in my opinion. Has sports on it which my son really likes. Has a good amount of paper in it. I'd recommend it for just having it around the house or for school.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basic notebook that works for pencil or ball point. Gel or any wet ink will bleed through as the paper is very thin. The paper rips easily if you aren’t super careful, so I would not recommend for younger kids or for ADHD/Spectrum kids who may not have the patience for the slow turn needed to keep the paper intact.
